Eddie awards copywrite issues!

So I must admit, this could be total coincidence...but I doubt it for some nagging reason.
I've noticed mention of the eddie award before in twilight fandom BUT suddenly it's being used in the fanfiction world by someone who is NOT part of the TA podcast. So I'm a little worried. Apparently la mona(sp) who wrote a fic called "hiding in plain sight" is hosting contests with the award being, of course, the eddie.
I don't know what the deal is, maybe she really didn't get it from the podcast, but just the same I wanted to let you guys know case it's an issue.

We have no copyright over our Eddie award, so there is nothing we can do. :-( Oh Well...

It is just a small FF contest, so I don't think it is a big deal.

Okay, well, as long as you guys know then it's all good.
I suppose the only fuss would be if they really did try to copywrite it XD
