hypercritical & adamant (fanfiction discussion/rant)

It's about 2am pst and I'm beat from fanfiction hunting. I've started quite a few fics with promise but I keep getting disappointed. I've decided, I need to write a short essay on the subject.
Maybe more of an article. Regardless, I don't have the time or mindset to do it now. I'll be updating later today with some pretty terrible stuff. The title should speak for itself.

If the subject interests you, take some notes and join the discussion.
Bring some examples of material and keep things anonymous. The purpose of this thread is to blow off steam and be brutally honest with subject material and the overall quality of Twilight fanfiction.

In truth we have a wonderful fandom compared to most but I'm not pulling any punches.

I know what you mean....sometimes I read a summary of a ff and think hey...this might be awesome...and then my hopes are dashed....
