confused -_-'

So guys I noticed something, and I'd like to know what do you think :]
in the Movie when Jacob runs into bella in the beach, there were 2 other guys with him, naturally I thought it was Quil and Embry b/c they're jacob's best friends, but then one of them turned out to be Sam Uley !
and this is impossible, because Jacob doesn't hang out with Sam, in fact in new moon he's terrified by him !! isn't this a mistake ??!!

Well on the beach Sam was there with Jake. The only reason he's scared of Sam in New Moon is because Embry became his friend and they couldnt speak to each other. But also it scared him because that group was growing.

well they arent in the movie... its just kinda showing Sam... But its possible that the other guy is Paul.
