So hey, thank god casting didn't go how stephenie wanted...o_o

no seriously! I hadn't bothered to take a look at her suggested page from before the casting was finished for twilight, but thank freaking god. I totally respect Steph's choices but personally I don't think they would have painted a consistent film for me. It would have felt all over the place in a tv movie sort of way.

the only casting I'm actually upset about is emily browning as bella.
THAT is what I picture when I think of bella. I don't know what the hell happened :/

Erm... Hmm. I just looked at it and wasn't too shocked. I liked some of them as one character but I understand what you mean by them not meshing. I love the casting that they did but I LOVE Stephenie's choice of Rachel Leigh Cook for Alice and Cillian Murphy for James. I loved him in Red Eye! But I think her choice for Carlisle looks WAAAY too young. So, yeah! I agree!
