It's called Tie Me Down to This World by Struck Upon A Star.

It's for them mature reader though, because it's pretty graphic with descriptions of wounds and it deals with suicide and drugs.

It's very very well written and completely captivating.

I am reading it now and completely in love with it.

Seriously, they could publish this if they tweaked some of the character's physiques and names. It is incredible!
