Vancouver set locations and filming schedules?

So, by chance, it looks like I will be in Vancouver while Eclipse is filming (late August)! I am really excited to see Vancouver (the original reason for the trip), but I'm also really excited that I will have the chance to visit set locations from New Moon and hopefully Eclipse.

I've seen listings of filming locations from New Moon on the internet, but is there a
way to know when and where they will be filming scenes for Eclipse?

Can anyone give me advice on how to know where to go when, or do you just have
to get lucky? Are there websites, twitter accounts, etc. that I can follow to help me out?
