just like rachel i steal things from the internet to put on my signiature but i want to make one of my own like the signatures for te hosts but only it says my name.

if I make anything which I rarely do, Its on paint then I like edit it in picnik or photobucket. It looks like crap but its mine..

I use photobucket.com. You kind of have to play around with it for awhile and really get used to it. And you can use Photofunia.com to manipulate pictures of yourself (like I did in the fanart section of the forum though I did it with pictures of the host's and rpatz haha).
